Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Fontana Body Back includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, downloadable workouts and recipes. PIck ANY two days / times per week that work for you!

Monday / Wednesday 5am
Monday / Wednesday 9:30am
Monday / Thursday 7pm
Saturday 8am

Fit4Baby is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Each session is 6 weeks long - space is limited - enroll today

Wednesday evenings at 7pm. 6 week session is $95.
